BCD Travel, a respected international travel administration company,  features launched a leadership improvement in its Japan operations. Jonathan Kao, current Managing Director for Greater China, will believe an expanded role as Managing Director for North Asia, effective January  1, 2024. Within capacity, Jonathan will oversee BCD Travel’s businesses in Asia, Hong Kong, and Japan. 

A BCD veteran since 2016, Kao brings to their brand new role a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific region’s complex technical, working, and social nuances. His excellent history in operating growth in  better Asia is a testament to his management skills. Under Kao’s guidance, the team has regularly improved customer service, expanded service choices, and accomplished higher agility through specific  projects and tailored solutions. Notably, his experience with addressing complexities including rail travel,  domestic/international divisions, and regulatory issues, is supposed to be indispensable in the brand-new part.

Included in this management transition, Kazuhiko Otani, current Managing Director for BCD Travel Japan,  will move to a consulting part.
