In 2023, IndiGo initiated operations to Tashkent, Almaty, and Tbilisi, further solidifying its commitment to expanding international presence through strategic route additions. The proposed initiative aims to bolster economic ties by enhancing connectivity, fostering growth in commerce, tourism, and transportation, while providing consumers with increased options for seamless travel between India, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Georgia. IndiGo now operates daily services to all four Central Asian capitals: Tashkent, Almaty, Tbilisi, and Baku.
